Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You receive an email with tracking as soon as your order has been sent.

Where we ship
We ship to most countries. If your country cannot be selected at checkout, we are unable to deliver there.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders to the European Union are sent without customs duties. Orders to countries outside the EU — including Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom — may be charged import duties, taxes and handling fees by the destination country. These are paid by the recipient on delivery and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. If you refuse a parcel because of these charges, the return shipping cost is deducted from your refund.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us at contact@cavedepartment.com and we will resolve it with the carrier.
